Callum Hann launches new dining experience at Lou’s Place • Glam Adelaide

Lou’s Place at Lou Miranda Cellar Door has become a Barossa staple for long Mediterranean lunches and antipasto platters made with seasonal produce.

Opened by Masterchef star Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis, their ethos is to use food as a “pleasure vehicle” to bring people together. This philosophy, alongside Callum’s upbringing in the Greek/Mediterranean context of Barossa and Themis, was the catalyst for Lou’s Place.

A new experience at Lou’s Place is the ‘Vineyard to Table’ exploration. Lou Miranda Cellar Door’s Chief Winemaker, Angela Miranda, will offer a guided tour of the vineyards and exclusive tastings “straight from the barrel.”
