Throughout the course, you will go through a variety of simple postures that will be held for between two and four minutes to really get the most out of each asana.

The class will use bolsters and props to allow the body an extra level of support. This encourages the muscles to relax deeply, welcoming that feeling of letting go of tension and stress.

It ends with a guided meditation and a heated floor savasana to deepen your relaxation and reset your nervous system.

The course costs £ 10 and reservation is essential as places are limited. Contact 07908322007 or via Facebook to book.
