FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Thyssenkrupp (DE:) will list its hydrogen division Nucera in the first half of 2022 if it backs such a move, chief financial officer Klaus Keysberg said on Thursday.

“If we decide in favor of an IPO, we will execute it soon after,” he told reporters after presenting the first quarter results.

“We mentioned the first half and we stick to that.”

Thyssenkrupp said last week it wanted to decide on a possible initial public offering for Nucera, a 66-34 joint venture with Italy’s De Nora in the first half, setting a more cautious tone at the moment.
