Property Administrator (part-time) – Place North West
A reputable property company with a strong market presence in Liverpool, is now seeking an enthusiastic and professional Administrator to join the successful team on a permanent part-time basis (three days a week), as a Property Administrator.
As a successful property administrator, you will provide a support role to a team of licensed surveyors.
Tasks will include,
• Assist company directors in compliance with management tasks, including IP renewal, quality control (ISO procedures) and health and safety.
• Undertake audio typing for surveyors.
• Provide administrative support/holiday coverage to surveyors, including scheduling appointments, handling incoming inquiries in the office (including telephone, written and email inquiries), creating invoices and creating new files.
• Any other administrative task required by the team
As a successful property administrator, you will have a solid administration background, hold excellent computer skills and be highly organized. You will have a calm and professional manner of working and will have great attention to detail.
This Property Administrator role is a permanent part-time position, working 3 days a week. Salary up to £22,000 prorated (around £13,200 per year)
